RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Notwithstanding any colloquial expressions to the contrary, we uphold a professional standard for returns and exchanges.RETURN PERIODOur return policy is in effect for 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Should more than 7 days have elapsed since the receipt of the product, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNTo qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your return. Items not eligible for return include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers and magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- White shirts
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Items returned that do not comply with our policy, including those without a receipt or proof of purchase, will not be accepted. Do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.
PARTIAL REFUNDSPartial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Products showing signs of use
- Opened media items (e.g., CDs, DVDs)
- Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns initiated more than 7 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified period.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDSIf you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If after completing these steps, you have not received your refund, please contact us at

EXCHANGESWe replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email
help@ii-yy.com and send your item to the specified address. Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNSYou are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
